    Al Grayson says:
Julius was a friend some years ago. I knew him when he had a home in Juno Beach. I rented an apartment from him in his apartment house in Palm Beach. I was an occasional guest in his Juno Beach home and in his home on Hwy. 64 west of Hendersonville, once when I was single and once with my wife and child. Julius always showed a kind heart. The last time I talked with him on the phone he invited me to bring my family to visit him. Unfortunately we were unable to go.

    Victor Carroll says:
After first meeting Julius & his friend at the mall in N. Palm Beach in 1973, I was astounded to learn that he had patented & marketed the elastic-brocaid used in fabrics everywhere.. He also was curious about Spiritual matters in lieu of world events, of which he was well aware--- as he related to me at his home in Juno Beach...he expressed remarkable depths of concern about many international happenings, & his knowledge was unlimited....
