Gifts & Memorial Donations

Audrey Sheree Carlisle, age 5, of Hendersonville gained her angel wings on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Mission Hospital following a brief illness. Born on April 12, 2012, she was the daughter of Jessica Perkins and Jonathan Carlisle. She was greeted in heaven by her Papa Carl G. Brewer.

Audrey was a member of Mrs. Socha’s kindergarten class at Dana Elementary and was a beautiful girl with a heart of gold, loving everyone she met. She was a child of so much joy and it was a rare occasion to see her without a smile on her face. Her smile was extremely contagious, and she never met a stranger. Audrey was our princess here on earth and is now our little angel watching over us.

She is survived by her mother, Jessica Marie Perkins; father, Jonathan Carlisle; brother and best friend, James Dallas Carlisle; grandparents, aunts, uncles and a cousin.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Victory Baptist Church with Reverend James Adcock officiating. A visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Shuler Funeral Home.

My heart breaks for you. Iam so very sorry for your devastating loss. The best comfort I can offer is from our Heavenly Father. He promises that He will bring our loved ones back to life. (John 5:28,29). Very soon He will intervene and restore the Earth to paradise conditions, (Isaiah 11:6-9) where, among many other magnificent blessings for righteous humankind, He will do away with sickness, death and sorrow permanently. (Isaiah 33:24) (Rev 21:4) Never again will humans shed tears from losing a loved one; instead there will be tears from the pure joy and ecstasy experienced when welcoming back lost loved ones. (Mark 5:41,42) These promises were written to help us endure by giving us hope. I truly wish you peace.

I was searching for someone else’s obituary and came across your baby girl’s. I am truly sorry for your devastating loss...Remember the account of Jairus in Mark Chapter 5 of the Bible? His daughter was ill and fell asleep in death.(Mark 5:39) Remember what Jesus did? He brought her back to life (Mark 5:41,42) He promises to do that again in the near future. (Revelation 21:4). Prayers with you all, a friend
