Barbara Jan Weihe, 68, of Hendersonville passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Lake Pointe Landing. Born in Rockville Centre, NY, she was a daughter of the late Hazel Eleanor Wissemann and Norman Frederick Weihe. She had resided in Henderson County since 1999.
Barbara enjoyed volunteering at hospitals while residing in NY and she loved cats.
Survivors include her sister, Karen Johnson of Flat Rock; two nieces, Kristen Downs and family of Massachusetts and Kimberly Plasterer and family of Maryland; one cousin, Marilyn Davidson of North Carolina.
