    Marilyn Williams (Mae) says:
Barb was my oldest and dearest friend. My memories are many and treasured. I was there when her children, Chris and Katy, were born and when they were married. We remained close for almost 55 years. We met in New Brunswick, NJ on the first day of school as young new teachers at NBHS soon after she was married. We hit if off immediately and laughed and cried together over the years. Barb and Bill were there when I retired from education. Barb has always been there for me. So many years and so many memories have passed since that first meeting, all of then precious to me now. We last talked the Sunday before she died and discussed my plan to visit her and Bill again in the fall. Barb was a very special person and a true southern lady. Her faith was strong. My love and heartfelt sympathy go out to her family that she loved so much. I know she is safe, free of all her problems and in Godís hands now. I love and will miss you Barb more than words can express. You are in my heart and are a piece of me forever. Jesus wept. Through the grace of God weíll met again. .
