Bertram (Bert) A. Anderson

Bertram (Bert) A. Anderson, 92, of Hendersonville, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022, at the Elizabeth House.  He was born in Monmouth, NJ, to the late Bertha (Anderson)Taylor.  He was also preceded in death by his brother Robert Anderson, sister-in-law Mickey Anderson, nephew Michael Anderson and Stepfather Ernest Taylor.

Bert previously resided in Stuart, Florida, and attended Indian River College.  He retired as a Lithographer at Southeastern Printing in Stuart, FL.  Bert was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a communicant of Immaculate Conception and a Sir Knight, color guard member of the Knights of Columbus.

Bert is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Shirley Anderson; daughter Karen A. Di Geronimo and husband Joe of Hendersonville, NC; sons, William B. Anderson and wife Kathy of Tupelo, MS and Keith W. Anderson and wife Linda of Stuart, FL; grandchildren, Barrett Anderson, Betsy Sims, Joseph Anderson, Matthew Di Geronimo, and Emily Di Geronimo; great-grandchildren, Jack Sims, Rolan Sims, Adalyne Anderson, and Amelia Anderson; sisters, Ruthie Mills and husband Bill of New Jersey and Anne Kleiner and Carl of New Jersey; brothers, Jerry Anderson and wife Betty of Freehold, NJ, and Carl and wife Joan Anderson of New Jersey.

A Memorial Mass will be held at one o’clock on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel.
