    Kimberly Ann Ward Hensley says:
Nanny (Betty) was the most remarkable woman. I miss her deeply. I know it has been 13 years now, but her absence is still so fresh. She was the glue that held us all together and in place. And now, where are we? Not where she would see us be as a family. I hope we find our way back somehow. I wish she could know Alexia and see how much our family has grown. She would love Jason. She would know I kept my promise to her. (Which God, she and I alone knew about.) I wish I could remember all that she taught me, master 1/4 of any of it... I have so many pictures... I hope to be able to share in this gallery over time. I wish you all well. Don't take time for granted, for it is not a guarantee for any of us.

    Arron Foulkrod says:
I'm sorry for your loss. Words can not express the emptiness that you are feeling right now. Just know that God is with you and he will walk every step of the way with you as he did with me when Faye passed away on the very same date one year ago. My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. May God bless.
