Bobby Lee Rolls, 72, of Hendersonville died Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Elizabeth House.

Born in Kissimmee, FL, he was the son the late Vann Lee and Myrtle M. Rolls, he was also preceded in death by his son, Bobby Lee Rolls, Jr.

Before moving to Hendersonville 20 years ago Bobby grew up in Ft. Myers, Fl, where he of was self employed as owner and operator of Rolls Grocery. He enjoyed fishing, bird watching, NASCAR, Atlanta Braves Baseball and Florida Gator football. He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather. Bobbyís sweet spirit and quite demeanor will be greatly missed.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Maxine of Hendersonville; children, Cynthia Drapal and husband, Joe of Ft. Myers, Kim Knutson and husband Steve of Suwanee, GA, Cadace Payne of Stockbridge, GA, Teresa Cole and husband Richard of Mills River and William Rolls and wife, Evannia Lee of Hendersonville; grandchildren, Kevin and Justin Rolls, Greg Lalor and Kellie Eldridge, Sean Knutson, Cale and Luke Payne, Mason and Kiersen Cole, Aaron and Adrianna Rolls, and Trever, Sully and Leighaunna Beckman; four great-grandchildren, sisters, Barbara Lawrence, Margaret Howell and Judy Clark, all of FL; and many beloved nieces and nephews, as well as his loving pet Brutus.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Four Seasons Compassion for Life, 571 S. Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
