    Jerry R. Robinson says:
I met Carroll in 1988 shortly after I started work as an Environmental health specialist for Henderson County. He was such an enthusiastic person! He cared for what he was doing & for the people he was working for. I remember he always acted both professionally and as a true Christian gentleman. I, from the "old guard", now retired, at Environmental Health can say that we considered Carroll to be trustworthy & always willing to help. He will truly be missed by all, Godspeed Carroll.

Philip and Jeremy, your Dad and I spent many years together in the fire service. He always had your back in any situation. Still miss seeing his big blue dump truck and back hoe passing the house. May the Lord comfort you.

Phillip and Rhonda and Jeremy and grandchildren. Sending heartfelt and deepest sympathy in the loss of your dad and granddad. He helped us a lot putting in our water line and repairing a water line break. What a funny and good guy he was. But now he is with his favorite girl Elaine. Love you all Nancy and Chuck Jervis
