    Penny Taylor says:
When I heard of Cecil`s passing my heart quickly saddened this man has been such a wonderful influence to me and loving inspiration to all he interacted with. Whenever I saw Cecil I was always greeted with a hug and a smile. This man was always so giving and so very loving. Cecil was a true believer of the Lord Jesus Christ, he influenced so many with his devotion ,outreach and love of the Lord. And even though saddened my heart is of knowing of his passing, praise the Lord we know without a doubt we know exactly where Cecil is today! Missed dearly he will be, but never forgotten could he ever be. Much love and prayers to all of his family and loved one`s may the Lord bless you and keep you and wrap his arms around you with comfort and help you through this time. Much love, Penny, Ross, Faith, Hunter, Elizabeth, Bridgette, and Jackie Taylor
