Charlotte E. Brank, 91 of Hendersonville, died Monday, April 23, 2012 at Hendersonville Health & Rehabilitation. A lifelong resident of Henderson County, she was born to the late George Moore Fletcher and Bertie Lee Sprouse Fletcher on January 20, 1921 in Fletcher. She was also preceded in death by her four brothers Charles M. Fletcher, Eugene H. Fletcher, Albert M. Fletcher, Sr., and George R. Fletcher; one sister Edith Fletcher Gilbert; and two grandchildren Axton Tholan Kitchen, Kathy Worsham Ruff; one great-grandson Samuel Joseph Branks; and one great-great grandson Brandon Nathaniel Daniels.

She was a 1939 graduate of Fletcher High School, was employed by Jones Jewelry for several years and retired from Standard Tytape Company where she worked for over 25 years.

She was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church and had attended the Salvation Army since 1961 where she taught childrenís Sunday School class and was a member of the Ladies Home League.

Surviving are four daughters Carolyn M. Brank of Hendersonville, Catherine B. Suttles and husband Jimmie of Flat Rock, Frances B. Taylor and husband Paul, Jr. of Hendersonville and Doris B. Kitchen of East Flat Rock; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
