Clarabelle Herkey Lysiak

Clarabelle Lysiak, 81, formerly of Buffalo, NY, went to be with the Lord Thursday, August 18, 2011 at the Elizabeth House in Flat Rock.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Stephen Anthony Lysiak; children, David Lysiak (Gerrilynn) of Alden, NY; Linda Powell (Glen) of Kane, PA; Rose Marie Peters (Thomas) of Lancaster, NY; and Joan Peters (Joseph) of Corfu, NY; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Buffalo, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Elizabeth House, Four Seasons Compassion for Life, 571 S. Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
