Jim and Judy (Bennett ) Wallace says:
Precious Tom and Fran as well as other members of the family...our hearts go out to you and feel your pain as Jim and I have lost our parents. It is so very hard, so very hard but some times the bravest thing we can do is just get up in the morning. May God bless you and keep you safe in His hands always. Your dad was an incredible, incredible, honest, hardworking, giving man! I will always remember his famous smile. We love you both, Jim and Judy Wallace
