Deborah ìDebbieî Jordan, 57, of Hendersonville, NC, died Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at Pardee Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Jacksonville, FL and lived in Sarasota, FL before moving to Hendersonville. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by Paul Jordan, her loving husband of 40 years; her daughters, Jennifer Vanzego and husband, Derrick, of Columbia, SC; Amy Nickerson and husband, Michael, of North Port, FL; and Angela Jordan of Bradenton, FL; five grandchildren, Ericka Jordan, Michaela Nickerson, Kaitlynn Nickerson, Eric Vanzego, and Michael Nickerson II; two sisters, Nancy Eichenberger and husband, Rick, of Tennessee, and Darby Skinner and husband, Mark, of Venice, FL; two brothers, John OíBrien and wife, Wilma, and Roger Barfield and wife, Kris, all of Florida; and nieces and nephews, Matt Freed, Mike Flatt, Andrew Barfield, Valerie Barfield, Bill Eichenberger, Dylan Eichenberger, and Sammy Martinez.

A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Sunday, March 21, 2010 in the Kirby Memorial Chapel of Shuler Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4 ñ 7 PM Saturday, March 20 at Shuler Funeral Home.

    My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I didn't know Deborah, but I know Jennifer. Deborah had to have been a wonderful mother, wife, and grandmother. I know that she is loved and will be dearly missed.
