Where to begin,.. as Dan became my stepfather so long ago. At 14 yrs.of age,I thought I had the TRUTH, and all the answers to life's demands. Dan taught me the nuggets of Gold we create by giving more than we take. I am proud to have had the opportunity to learn some of Dan's wisdom, his work ethic, his deep loving heart. I can install a garage door and opener with my eyes closed (well maybe a peek or two), but you see the life lessons Dan planted in my heart, grow stronger and stronger, in this rapidly changing World. Thank you my Lord & Savior, for blessing me with a step-father, to this day, and eternally my gratitude is endless. We will hug again,.. in the House of the Lord. THANK YOU GOD FOR SUCH A SPECIAL FATHER!! My love for you Dan, will never end. The huge number of lessons will continue to grow. I pray I can share these many experiences, to whoever God puts in my life. Thanks Dan, our loss is Heaven's gain. Thanks so much to the Bumgarner Family who still to this day, makes me feel just as a true as it has since I was 14 yrs. old. Rest and Eternal peace my loving/caring/giving Father!

My condolences to the Bumgarner Family. May the God who supplies all comfort support the family during this time of sorrow; and may you all find joy in his promises soon to come as said at Revelation 21:4...God will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more and John 5:28,29 those in their memorial tomb will hear the voice of Gods son Jesus and come out. This is a sure promise from our Heavenly Father, we will see our dear loved ones again here on a paradise earth. What a wonderful day that will be! Please read these scriptures along with your personal copies of the bible and for more information on the hope for those we have lost in death go to jw.org.

Dear Bumgarner family, please accept my sincere sympathy. May you look forward to the time when the Bible says that "(God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will morning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away" (Revelation 21:4). I hope that this promise and loving memories bring you comfort.
