Earline Cox

Earline W. Cox, 97 of Hendersonville died Friday, October 24, 2008 at the Brian Center. A native and lifelong resident of Henderson County, she was a daughter of the late George and Nancy Ward and wife of the late Daniel George Cox who died in 1995. She was a homemaker and at one time worked as a weaver in a Hosiery Mill. She attended Clear Creek Holiness Baptist Church.

Surviving are two daughters Freda Mae McCraw and husband Petey and Juanita Laughter both of Hendersonville; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday at Jones Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Sunday at Shuler Funeral Home and at all other times will be at the home of her daughter, Freda McCraw.
