Harry Scott Hayden

Harry Scott Hayden, 61, of Edneyville, NC, passed away Monday morning, March 29, 2010 at Pardee Memorial Hospital.

He was the son of the late Tennard Hayden, Sr. and Inez Lynch Hayden.

Harry was a member of Blue Ridge Missionary Baptist Church. A kind and generous individual, he loved life, people and working.

He leaves to cherish his sister, Carolyn Hayden of Edneyville; brothers, Wade Hayden of Edneyville and Tennard Hayden, Jr. of York, SC; and a host of relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, April 3, 2010 in the Kirby Memorial Chapel of Shuler Funeral Home with the Reverend T.R. Pea officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul Community Cemetery. Mr. Hayden will lie in state one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. At other times, the family will be at the residence of Carolyn Hayden.
