    Jo says:
Irene was a sweet, quiet, gentle, unassuming lady. she required very little and was always grateful and willing to share what she had. While in NY she was oppressed by fear and by wandering was trying to flee to saftey.Once she arrived in NC her fears abated and she felt at peace and secure and part of a family. She loved coffee, TV and candy. She looked forward to visits with Kay and Jo and Pastor Olson. Kay and I welcomed the opportunity to receive her as family and take care of her. We loved her and will miss her
