Judith A. Hardin Jones, 60 of Dana, died Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at her home. A native and lifelong resident of Henderson County, she was a daughter of the late Pawnee Hardin and Maude Hollifield Hardin. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Vicki McCraw and Hazel Patterson; and four brothers Randy Hardin, Doug Hardin, A.Z. Hardin, and Fred Hardin.

She had attended Upward Worship Center.

Surviving is her husband of 43 years Earl Jones; a son Dustin Jones; three daughters Terinna Shields, Tabatha Baynard, and Tangie Newman; six grandchildren; and two great-grandsons; a brother Charles Hardin; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 Saturday in the Kirby chapel of Shuler Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery. Mr. Cody Hardin and Mr. Earl Jones will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 7:30pm Friday at Shuler Funeral Home and at other times will be at the home.
