Kathleen Short Mackey

Kathleen Short Mackey, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 12, 2012 at LifeCare Center of Hendersonville. She was a native of Morristown, Tennessee and had been a resident of Henderson County, NC for the past 11 years. She was the wife of the late Claude Mackey and daughter of the late Mack and Lucy Short. She was a member of Stoney Mountain Baptist Church.

She is survived by one sister Irene Ellenburg and husband Buck; two nieces Regenia Bishop and husband Clifford and Janice Robertson and husband Tom; one nephew Jackie Ellenburg and several great-nieces and nephews.
