Kenneth Sheaffer, 59, of Mill Spring, and formerly of Hendersonville, died unexpectedly at his home Saturday, June 2, 2012 after a long illness.

He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Anita Sheaffer of Mill Spring; two stepchildren, Stephanie Craven and Brandon Craven, both of Hendersonville; a sister, Robin Sheaffer of Seattle, WA; and a brother, Doug Sheaffer of San Francisco, CA.

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, June 9, 2012 in the Generation Center of Mud Creek Baptist Church. The Reverend Mark Hunnicutt will officiate.
