Marvin Frank Nett, 82, of Hendersonville died Friday, October 22, 2010 at his home.

Born in Kiel, WI, he was the son of the late Hubert Nett and Hildegard Seichter Nett. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Wilfred Nett.

He served in the US Army in the Korea Ordinance Corps. He retired from Dulles Airport where he was a Mobile Lounge Supervisor. He was a member of the American Legion Post 77 and VFW Post 5206 and was of the Catholic faith.

He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Sue Nett of Hendersonville; son, Steven Nett (Chris) of Oshkosh, WI; grandchildren, Traci Schubert and Aaron Nett; sisters, Joyce Lettenberger (James) of Muscatine, IA, and Shirley Klauck (Fred) of Sheboygan, WI; brother, Hubert Nett (Diana) of Cedar Grove, WI; and numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces across the country.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3 PM Friday, October 29, 2010 at the Dana Hill Community Clubhouse with the Henderson County Honor Guard officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Four Seasons Compassion for Life, 571 S. Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731, or to a charity of the donorís choice.
