Michael loved spending time with his family and friends. He was cared for by his devoted parents, doted on by his two older sisters and loved dearly by his children. He was rarely seen without his best four-legged friend, Magoo.  He was a member of Tuxedo First Baptist Church.

He is survived by his parents, Mickey and Judy Lively; children, Austin Lively and his wife Holly, Haley Lively, Chloe Lively and Lexi Bryson; sisters, Christy Brandt and her husband Jeff, Stacey Redden and her husband Art; nephew, Tucker Brandt; nieces, Bekah Brandt and Reese Redden; grandmothers, Virginia S. Pace and Frankie J. Lively; aunts, Kathy Woody, Karen Smith and many special cousins.

Michael loved his family dearly and he will be remembered for his huge heart and generosity.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
