Norman John Hankala, 81, of Hendersonville passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at The Lodge at Mills River.

Born in Detroit, MI to the late Lauri and Selma Hankala, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth and Richard; and a sister, Joan.

Survivors include his loving wife Margaret; two daughters, Karen of Waycross, GA and Maureen of Mills River; and a brother, Donald Hankala of MI.

Private services will be held.
