Patsy Jane Barnes Calhoun, 80, of Hendersonville, NC passed away on November 19, 2022 at the Carolina Village Medical Center.

Pat was born on January 9, 1942 to Wes and Mae Barnes in Sylva, NC.  She married her high school sweetheart, Ken Calhoun in 1959. Surviving in addition to her husband of 63 years are their two children, Ken Calhoun II (Cindy) of Venice, Florida and Laura Calhoun of Hendersonville. Pat adored her three grandsons, Cole Calhoun (Tiffany) and Clint Calhoun both of Venice, Florida, and Alex Dixon (Katie) of Hillsborough, NC. She is also survived by her sister, Jackie Hensley of Hendersonville, NC.

A memorial service will be held in the Village Hall of Carolina Village on Sunday, December 4 at 3:00 PM.  Paul Thompson, former pastor of Mills River Methodist, will officiate.
