Paul M. Stepp, 73, of Hendersonville, NC, died Monday, September 28, 2009 at Pardee Memorial Hospital. A lifelong resident of Henderson County, he was the son of the late Verda Stepp. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Georgia Mae Stepp.

He was employed by General Electric for 30 years before retiring in 1997 and was an avid fisherman.

He is survived by his son, Randy Stepp and grandchildren, Ethan and Dallas Stepp.

A graveside service will be held at 10 AM Saturday, October 3, 2009 at the Crab Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

    I am so sorry to hear that Paul had passed away. I know he will be missed by many especially his grand daughter.Paul was a wonderful person. We spent many hours talking as I served him many meals at the different places he would com to eat where I was workng.I know Paul is in a much better place now and fnally he is at peace and is happy. May God be with his family as they go through this time of grief.
