Phyllis B. Ames, 79 of Hendersonville, died Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at The Brian Center.
She was a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota and had lived in Italy for 20 years before moving to Henderson County in 2000.
She was preceded in death by a sister Patricia Pittman and a nephew Clyde Norman, Jr.
Surviving are her brother in law Jesse Pittman of Hendersonville; and two nieces Patricia Sherman of Hendersonville and Judy Berg of Deland, Fla.
