    Tommy Merrill says:
I enjoyed being around Ralph about 65 years ago. He told lots of good stories that I still remember. ---One story was about his voice. He said that when he was a baby he lived in a house that had white door knobs. He thought they were biscuits and cried for them so much that it damaged his voice.
