Randy P. Greene

Randy P. Greene, 59, of Hendersonville, died Tuesday, March 24, after a fearless battle with cancer.

A native of Sunny View, NC, he was a son of the late Leonard and Margaret Hudgins Greene. He was a graduate of Berea College and lived in Hendersonville for the past 4 years.

Mr. Greene is survived by his wife, Laura Sexton; children, Terina Plyler, Ginny Maziarka, Ian Greene, Ruth Greene, Philip Greene, Amanda Herold, Melanie Sexton and Carolyn Sexton; sisters, Martha Champion, Mary Deal, Mae Bennett, Kay Stallings, Audrey Haynes, and Kathy West; brothers, Larry, Keith, and Terry Greene; and 10 grandchildren. Randy was a kind and loving husband, father, and grandfather and a true friend to all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, March 28, in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. The family will receive guests at the funeral home following the service.
