Robert “Clint” Thompson, 96, of Carolina Village in Hendersonville, NC died Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Carolina Village Medical Center.

Born in Middlesex County, MA, he was the son of the late Francis and Edna MacKenzie Thompson. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Shirley S. Thompson who passed away in 2011.

Mr. Thompson is survived by his sons, Kenneth Thompson of San Antonio, TX and Dr. Jeffrey Thompson of Edmonds, WA.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in the Carolina Village Hall.
