I sang with Starr in the choir at mud Creek. She was an absolute joy, always a smile on her face, and so much fun . The love of the Lord, always shown through on her face and through her smile. We will miss her, but know that she is singing In the choir in heaven. Heaven continues to get sweeter every day. My thoughts and prayers go out to each and everyone in the family. Isaiah 40:31.

A precious friend who lived the example of a Christian life before her friends in all she said and did. I will miss her sweetness and her antidotes of her family and friends. She was a true friend.

Starr was a dear friend to me, we worked together many years at Bell telephone company. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing. I have many fond memories of Starr Thirty or so years ago my first granddaughter was born and my son was in the Navy, stationed in Hawaii. I was begging for photos of that new baby but was not getting them. Starr to the rescue. She said, "Ginger, I'm going to Hawaii if you give me their address I'll go by and take pictures for you." Imagine my sons surprise when Starr rang that door bell and said, I'm your mamas friend and I'm here to take pictures of the baby for her! What a great friend. She will be missed here, but heaven will shine brighter with her arrival. Rest easy my friend.
