Starr Grenae Littlejohn Bradford, age 77, of Hendersonville, passed away on January 6, 2023, at her residence. She was born to the late Colie and Lavern Littlejohn in Charleston, SC.

 Starr was very active in the community. She worked with Deer Park Elementary, Charleston Heights Baptist Academy, Trident Baptist Academy, Veritas Christian Academy, taught for the state of SC empowering women to get their GEDs, and retired from Bell South. She was a member of Mud Creek Baptist Church, where she was in the choir and also a part of the Joy Singers Group. In her free time, she enjoyed helping others through dog sitting, was a member of the “Charleston Pianocade”, appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show, Mickey Mouse Club, and was a member of the Clown Troupe “Giggle Sticks.”

 She is survived by her son, Marc Bradford, and his wife, Jennifer, of Johnson City, TN; grandchildren, Colie Renfroe and wife, Genesis, Ethan, Carly, and Delaney Bradford; great-grandchildren, Sofia and Liam Renfroe of Chesapeake, VA; sisters, Deborah Littlejohn Neal and her husband Allen Neal, Jr., of Lexington, SC and Leila Coleen Littlejohn of Charleston, SC; nephews, Philip Aldous of Charleston, SC, and Caleb Crews of Charleston, SC; nieces, Jessica Braddock of Clarksville, IN, Raneé Stepp of Hendersonville, NC, Megan Roach of Charleston, SC, and Cindy Neal along with special friends “Divas”–Mary, Joan, Dale, Reba, Martha, Pamela, and Tammy.

 In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mud Creek Baptist Church ministry “Carpenter’s Hand”.

 A Celebration of Life service will be held at two o’clock in the afternoon on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at Mud Creek Baptist Church.
