    Ellie Williams says:
I am so saddened by Steve's passing. He was a couple of years older than me, my older cousin. I will always remember him as a kind, gentle guy. My best memory is a road trip in my family's station wagon, when Steve, his sister Susan and brothers Dave and Donald, along with me, my brothers Bob and Bill, and little sister Linda, all packed into a Rambler station wagon and drove from New Jersey to Miami. I remember stopping at the beach somewhere and all of us swam and then got back into the car, sandy but happy. My thoughts and prayers go out to his daughters, Stephanie and Courtney, and all of the family. I will miss him.

    Traci Guest Anderson says:
Sitting at the memorial today, I tried to be strong for Courtney, Stephanie and Debbie, but as we all know, that doesn't always work out so well. I didn't think I would have to be strong for my dad, because he is a strong man, just like you were, but I was wrong. You were my favorite!! You were the reason I went and bought that bike, that I road down the street once, and then got rid of it cause I couldn't be like you. You were the backbone of this family. Now that your gone, please watch over Debbie and the girls.... they need you more than anything or anyone. I love you more than I know how to write, and you know that I will always be thinking of you. Say hi to grandpa for me. I love you Uncle Steve!!!!! See you soon!

    Neil Gest says:
I did not know Steve, but I do know his sister Susan Guest in Arkansas. Through Susan, Steve participated in a Gest/Guest family DNA project, which established a kinship between my family & Steve and Susans family in Morris County, NJ. I will always be grateful for Steve's willingness to share his DNA. I regret that we never met, as I am sure we would have hit it off. I send my sincere regrets to his family and friends.
