Thomas Larry Pressley, 81, passed away at his home in Hendersonville on December 29, 2021, following a short period of declining health.
Larry was born September 5, 1940, in Transylvania County to the late Clarence T. and Geneva C. Pressley. He is preceded in death by one infant brother, Arnold.
He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid sports fan, including baseball, football, basketball and NASCAR.
Survivors include two brothers, C. Donald of Hendersonville and R. Dennis of Hickory, and two nephews, Dennis of Huntersville and Brian of Hickory.
Most of his working life included long haul trucking with several local trucking companies.
Graveside services will be held at a later date at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory in Pisgah Forest.
