Vada Burnett Flynn

Vada Burnett Flynn, 96, of Hendersonville, NC, and formerly of the Valley Hill Community, died Sunday, November 30, 2008, at Cardinal Care Center in Hendersonville.

Born in Ellijay, GA, she was the daughter of the late William C. and Hester Harkins Burnett, and wife of Adam L. Flynn who died in 1997. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Vernie Burnett and Vertie Burnett, and her brother, J. Paul Burnett.

She had resided in Henderson County since 1956, and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her loving sister, Valor Burnett of Dalton, GA.

A graveside service will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, December 9, 2008, at Nine Mile United Methodist Church Cemetery in Ellijay, GA. The Reverend Steven Ellis will officiate.
