William Gene Sutton, affectionately known as “Wild Bill”, passed away Sunday night, June 19, 2011 doing what he loved the most, riding his motorcycle.

A native of Fort Myers, he was the son of Gene C. Sutton and Hazy and Ron Oberski.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Grandpa and Weezy.

He served in the US Navy during Desert Storm.

He enjoyed camping and anything to do with motorcycles.

He is survived by his son, Seth Sutton; brother, Justin Sutton; niece, Madison Sutton; beloved pit bull, Indica; and many other close family and friends.

Everybody loved Bill. He will be remembered for his great jokes and stories.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 AM Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Faith Assembly of God, 6950 Bayshore Road, Fort Myers, FL 33917. Pastor Tim McDaniel will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that memorial contributions be mailed to 5407 Beaver Creek Court, Indian Trail, NC 28079 to Bill’s son, Seth, for his college education.
