Joyce Loftin has served as Office Manager on the Forest Lawn and Shuler Funeral Home staff since 2001. She received her BA in English from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and MA in Education from Western Carolina University before working for thirty-one years as an English teacher at East Henderson High School. She is a member of the Alpha Lambda Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma and attends Bethel Wesleyan Church.

In her spare time, she enjoys travel, movies, family and friends.
